Ministry of Agriculture: Ramallah and Al-Bireh Agriculture Directorate conducts training on dairy and cheese manufacturing technology with the participation of 35 women at the headquarters of the Al-Lid Charitable Society

The Ministry of Agriculture, through Ramallah and Al-Bireh Agriculture Directorate, conducted a practical training course on dairy and cheese production technology at the Al-Lid Charitable Society. Thirty-five women participated in the course, which is part of the Ministry's ongoing efforts to support the rural sector and enhance women's capabilities in productive fields.

The training aims to reduce production costs, increase productivity, and improve the quality of local products, thereby contributing to boosting rural families' incomes and developing small businesses towards economic sustainability.

The training provided participants with a practical opportunity to acquire applied skills in dairy and cheese production, enhancing their ability to develop high-quality, value-added local products.

This activity is part of a series of training programs implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture within its strategic plan to support rural development, empower women, and strengthen the resilience of farming families in the face of economic challenges.
