A certificate is given to livestock breeders to specify the number of their vaccinated animals and the date of vaccination.

The applicant must be an animal owner registered with the veterinary services, and their animals must be vaccinated within the last year.
If the animals are not vaccinated or a year has passed since their last vaccination, the veterinary services will administer the vaccination according to the vaccine availability program, after which a vaccination certificate will be issued.
