Any citizen who owns sheep or goats and wishes to vaccinate them, regardless of their location or number, is eligible.
Vaccination is mandatory for imported sheep. An application must be submitted by the animal owner, and the required fees must be paid (the full fee for the vaccine pack is payable according to its size).
