Tulkarem Directorate of Agriculture organized a workshop targeting 14 beneficiaries from the livestock group in Saida, as part of JICA-EVAP3 project. This project aims to enhance agricultural extension services, promote agricultural expansion, and support farmers in developing sustainable agricultural practices.

The workshop focused on the fourth step of the Agricultural Expansion Plan (EVAP EP), which involves planning for improved agricultural practices and identifying expansion needs. Participants worked with farmers to identify their specific expansion needs, based on strategies for improving agricultural production. They also developed expansion plans tailored to each farmer's needs and the nature of their work.

This workshop is part of the ongoing JICA-EVAP3 project, which aims to develop agricultural extension services and promote agricultural expansion. It also seeks to enhance farmers' capabilities and empower them to improve and manage their farms, thereby contributing to increased production efficiency, greater farmer resilience, and support for sustainable agricultural development.
The Ministry of Agriculture affirms its continued implementation of guidance and training programs and activities targeting farmers, which enhances their ability to face challenges, improve agricultural production, and ensure the sustainability of their income sources.
