Ministry of Agriculture: Bethlehem Agriculture Directorate has delivered dairy processing equipment to 72 farmers, as part of the "Mubadarati" (My Initiative) project, funded by the IBSA Fund and implemented in partnership with (UNDP).

 Bethlehem Directorate of Agriculture, represented by its Director General, Engineer Abdel Wahab Halayqa, distributed dairy processing equipment—including churns, cheese presses, and milk containers—to 72 livestock farmers participating in "field schools" in the towns of Tuqu', Za'atara, and Al-Ubeidiya. This initiative is part of the "Mubadarati" (My Initiative) project, implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and supported by the IBSA Fund.
The initiative aims to support livestock farmers by enabling them to develop their dairy processing operations, increase production efficiency, and improve product quality. This, in turn, helps maximize the value derived from livestock products, enhances the economic conditions of the farmers, and mitigates the challenges facing the livestock sector.
This intervention aligns with the objectives of the "Mubadarati" project, which seeks to strengthen the resilience of rural communities, empower farmers and livestock breeders, and develop their productive capacities—thereby supporting sustainable agricultural development and contributing to enhanced food security.
