Ministry of Agriculture: Hebron Agriculture Directorate implements an educational activity on the manufacture of traditional soap to empower rural women

The head of the Rural Development Department at Hebron Directorate of Agriculture conducted a demonstration activity in the town of Tafouh, where a group of women participated in observing the traditional soap-making process using olive oil.

This activity was part of the Ministry of Agriculture's efforts to enhance women's skills in food processing and home-based industries, and to encourage them to utilize local agricultural products, particularly olive oil, to produce value-added goods.

The activity aimed to empower participants by providing them with practical knowledge that will contribute to developing small home-based businesses, thereby improving family income and strengthening the role of rural women in supporting the local economy.
