Ministry of Agriculture: Jerusalem Agriculture Directorate participates in the consultative meeting of local community institutions in northwest Jerusalem to enhance partnership and joint work

The Director General of the Jerusalem Agriculture Directorate and the Head of the NGO Department at Jerusalem Agriculture Directorate participated in a consultative meeting for local community organizations in the northwest Jerusalem area. The meeting, organized by the Jerusalem Chamber of Commerce and Industry, included representatives from official, civil society, and community organizations.

The meeting was attended by a representative of Jerusalem Governorate, the Director General of Jerusalem Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a representative of the Arab Association for People with Disabilities, and a large number of representatives from local institutions in the area.

The meeting addressed mechanisms for cooperation and consultation among the organizations, and ways to strengthen partnerships and joint action to serve the residents of the Jerusalem Governorate and the northwest Jerusalem area, and to contribute to supporting community and development initiatives and enhancing the resilience of citizens.

Representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture emphasized the importance of strengthening integration between official and civil society organizations and unifying efforts to serve the local community, especially in light of the challenges facing the Jerusalem Governorate. They stressed the role of local partnerships in supporting sustainable development and strengthening the resilience of citizens. At the conclusion of the meeting, the participants stressed the importance of continued communication and coordination between the various institutions, and working to hold regular consultative meetings, with the aim of developing joint work and unifying efforts in a way that meets the needs of the local community and contributes to enhancing community development in the region.
