In response to the needs identified during the ministerial delegation's visit to the village of Um Safa, the Ministry of Agriculture implemented an urgent intervention to support farmers and livestock breeders. This intervention is part of the government's efforts to bolster the resilience of citizens in areas affected by attacks from the occupation and settlers.

The intervention included the distribution of 14 large bales of hay (weighing 450 kg each) and 14 water tanks to the most affected families and breeders. The aim is to mitigate the effects of the ongoing siege and attacks, enabling them to continue their agricultural activities and preserve their livestock.

This intervention comes in response to the needs identified during the ministerial delegation's field visit, during which they reviewed the village's most pressing needs, particularly in the agriculture and water sectors. This reflects the Ministry's rapid response to the challenges facing citizens in the targeted areas.

The Ministry of Agriculture affirms that this intervention falls within the emergency response plan it is implementing in the affected areas, stressing the continuation of interventions that support farmers and livestock breeders, in order to enhance their resilience and steadfastness on their lands, in coordination with various government agencies and partners.
