The Ministry of Agriculture, in partnership with the Italian Institute CIHEAM Bari, and the Palestinian Employment Fund, and with support from the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation, delivered equipment and supplies to Al-Inmaa Cooperative Society for Livestock in the town of Kafr Adik, Salfit Governorate, as part of the "Supporting the Agricultural and Food Cooperation Network in Palestine" (SANET) project. This intervention comes within the framework of the Ministry of Agriculture's efforts to enhance the resilience of livestock breeders, improve production efficiency, and support agricultural cooperatives with the necessary equipment to develop their operations and achieve sustainability. The delivered equipment included a feed storage unit, a 6-kilowatt solar power unit, two 5-cubic-meter water tanks, a feed and grass chopper, a feed press, and six tons of barley to support the beneficiary livestock breeders. The Ministry of Agriculture affirmed that these interventions contribute to developing the feed industry and improving livestock production conditions, which will positively impact the sustainability of the agricultural sector, enhance food security, and support the resilience of farmers and breeders in rural areas.
