The North of Hebron Agriculture Directorate conducted a field visit to several beneficiary farmers in Halhul area as part of the Farmers' Resilience Support Project, in partnership with the YMCA.
The visit, which included the Head of the Horticulture Department and the Project Coordinator, aimed to assess the progress of work in the fields, monitor the implementation of project activities, and ensure the achievement of the desired goals in strengthening farmers' resilience and improving their agricultural production.
This visit reflects the Ministry of Agriculture's commitment to monitoring the implementation of development projects on the ground and providing technical and advisory support to farmers, ensuring optimal results and promoting the sustainability of agricultural work in the region.
The visit is also part of a series of periodic visits conducted by the Directorate to listen to farmers' needs and the challenges they face, and to work towards addressing these challenges in a way that contributes to the development of the agricultural sector and strengthens farmers' resilience on their land.
