North Hebron Agriculture Directorate, in partnership with the Agricultural Relief organization, conducted a specialized field day on grape pruning in the town of Halhul. This event was part of the "Enhancing Resilience" project, which aims to support farmers and promote sustainable agricultural production in the governorate.

The field day saw the participation of 30 farmers, and the training included theoretical explanations and practical applications of sound grape pruning techniques. Participants learned about the importance of pruning in improving production quality, increasing tree efficiency, and reducing the spread of pests and diseases.

The training was presented by Eng. Majdoline Al-Rajabi, Head of the Tree Horticulture Department at the North Hebron Agriculture Directorate, with the participation of Eng. Abdul Jawad Sultan, Director of the Al-Aroub Agricultural Station. The session reviewed best agricultural practices and technical recommendations that contribute to increasing vine productivity and improving fruit quality.

The Ministry of Agriculture affirms that implementing these activities is part of its ongoing cooperation with partners to support farmers' resilience and enhance their technical capabilities, which will positively impact the development of the grape sector in North Hebron.
