Ministry of Agriculture: Jenin Agriculture Directorate and JICA conduct an exploratory tour for a group of livestock farmers in the Martyrs' Triangle area

Jenin South Agriculture Directorate, in partnership with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), conducted an awareness-raising field visit to Tubas Governorate and Al-Nasariya area as part of the EVAP 3 project. Sixteen farmers from the Martyrs' Triangle Cooperative for Livestock Development participated.

The visit included tours of model farms, observing their layout and the use of artificial feeding, as well as a demonstration of  punicom cultivation in Al-Nasariya, Beit Hassan. Participants also visited a dairy and cheese processing unit and a veterinary pharmaceutical company in Tubas.

The Ministry of Agriculture affirms that this visit aims to enhance the exchange of expertise and knowledge among farmers, opening new avenues for adopting modern agricultural practices that contribute to the development and sustainability of small projects. The focus is on empowering livestock breeders economically and socially, and supporting their role in achieving food security.
