Ministry of Agriculture: Hebron Agriculture Directorate, the Environmental Quality Authority, and the Bank of Palestine implemented a planting and afforestation event as part of the “Greening My Country” campaign in Wadi Al-Qaf.

Hebron Governorate Agriculture Directorate continues to follow up and implement the activities of the “Greening My Country” campaign, where a greening event was implemented in the Wadi Al-Qaf area, in partnership with the Bank of Palestine and the Environmental Quality Authority, within the framework of joint national efforts aimed at protecting the environment and enhancing the sustainability of natural resources.
The event included planting forest seedlings on the site, which contributes to increasing the green area, reducing the effects of climate change, preserving biodiversity, and enhancing the resilience of the Palestinian land in the face of various environmental challenges.
The Hebron Agriculture Directorate confirms that this event comes in line with the plan of the Ministry of Agriculture, and an extension of previous activities within the “Greening My Country” campaign, which is implemented in various governorates of the country, in partnership with official institutions and the private sector, to consolidate the culture of volunteer work and enhance the values ​​of belonging to the land, especially among the youth group.
For their part, the partners appreciated the importance of this institutional cooperation, stressing that participation in such environmental activities reflects their commitment to social responsibility and supporting national efforts aimed at protecting the environment and ensuring its sustainability for future generations.
