Ministry of Agriculture teams continued their field visits and guidance tours targeting farmers in the areas of Bani Na'im, Nuba, and Kharas, as part of efforts to organize the agricultural sector and improve production in terms of both quantity and quality. In this context, Bani Na'im Agriculture and Veterinary Department conducted field visits to a number of farmers, in addition to a site visit to a proposed cattle fattening farm. This was done to finalize the farm's licensing procedures according to established regulations, in line with the agricultural sector's strategy for organizing farms and agricultural areas.
Nuba Agriculture Office also conducted a guidance tour targeting vegetable farmers in the town of Kharas, providing them with the necessary agricultural advice to improve the quality and increase the quantity of their produce.
These efforts are part of the Ministry of Agriculture's Extension Services Department plan, which focuses on supporting farmers and developing their capabilities, thereby contributing to increased agricultural production efficiency and achieving sustainable development in the sector.
