Ministry of Agriculture: The Palestinian Center for Economic and Social Development, supervised by the Tubas Agriculture Directorate, is establishing 90 dunams of irrigated almond plots in Aqaba for the benefit 21 farmers

Under the supervision and participation of Tubas and Northern Jordan Valley Directorate of Agriculture, the Palestinian Center for Economic and Social Development implemented the establishment of three irrigated economic plots for almond and apricot trees in the town of Aqaba. This project, "Improving Livelihoods, Food Security, and Sustainable Economic Growth in the West Bank and Gaza Strip," aims to enhance the resilience of farmers and improve their income sources through the expansion of economically viable crops.

The project also included the distribution of fencing and irrigation networks to the beneficiary farmers. They will later be provided with the necessary seedlings to complete the project, contributing to increased agricultural production and achieving sustainable agricultural development in the region.
