Ministry of Agriculture: Yatta Agriculture Directorate has carried out an emergency response in Al-Fakhit and Al-Tabban, providing nine water tanks and tarpaulins for livestock.

Yatta Directorate of Agriculture carried out an urgent response in Al-Fakhit and Al-Tabban areas to address the pressing needs of local residents, farmers, and livestock herders, amidst the demolition operations and targeting the region by settlers and the occupation forces.
The response included the provision of nine water tanks—each with a capacity of five cubic meters—to help secure essential water supplies for residents and livestock, and to alleviate the impact of the difficult conditions facing agricultural communities in the area. This intervention is part of the urgent response program implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture with government funding.
The response also included providing tarpaulins for livestock to offer protection and shelter for the animals, thereby minimizing potential harm caused by harsh field conditions and the demolition operations that have affected the region.
This initiative aligns with the efforts of the Ministry of Agriculture and its field directorates to reach the areas in greatest need, respond swiftly to the requirements of farmers and livestock herders, and bolster their resilience and attachment to their land and livelihoods.
