Ministry of Agriculture: North Hebron Agriculture Directorate carries out guidance tours in Nuba, Beit Ummar and Bani Na’im.

The North Hebron Agriculture Directorate conducted field extension visits to the areas of Nuba, Beit Ummar, and Bani Na'im, targeting vegetable and horticultural farmers. This initiative is part of the Ministry's efforts to enhance agricultural extension and improve farmers' technical practices.

During the visits, agricultural extension engineers provided a range of technical guidance and instructions, including the proper pruning of almond trees, diagnosis of the most common diseases and pests affecting crops, and advice on integrated pest management methods to minimize losses and improve production quality.

The visits also included monitoring cordon cultivation of grapevines, explaining the appropriate pruning techniques for this type of training and the importance of applying sound technical principles to positively impact productivity and grape cluster quality.

The Ministry of Agriculture affirms that these visits are part of its plans to strengthen direct communication with farmers and provide on-the-ground technical support, contributing to the development of the agricultural sector and improving farmers' livelihoods in the governorate.
