As part of the project Supporting Farmers Resilience, implemented by YMCA in partnership with the Ministry of Agriculture, the North Hebron Agriculture Directorate distributed fruit tree saplings to beneficiary farmers in several towns across the governorate.
The distribution included 1,350 grape saplings and 1,080 almond saplings, benefiting 27 farmers in the areas of Beit Ula, Ash-Shuyukh, Halhul, and Surif. The aim was to strengthen their resilience on their land and improve their agricultural production.
This intervention is part of joint efforts to support farmers and empower them to develop their orchards and increase production efficiency, thereby contributing to improving the income of farming families and enhancing the sustainability of the agricultural sector in Hebron Governorate.
