The North of Hebron Agriculture Directorate, in partnership with the Palestinian Agricultural Relief, conducted a field visit to 37 grape farmers benefiting from the project "Enhancing Resilience and Improving Livelihoods for Farmers and Communities in the Face of Climate Change." The visit took place in the town of Halhul.

The visit was supervised by Engineer Majdoline Al-Rajabi, Head of the Horticulture Department at the North Hebron Agriculture Directorate, and included the participation of agricultural relief engineers. It focused on reviewing the implementation of the project's activities and monitoring the farmers' adherence to technical recommendations related to vineyard management, modern irrigation methods, and sound agricultural practices that contribute to mitigating the effects of climate change.

During the visit, farmers received direct technical guidance, and their inquiries regarding improving production quality and increasing the efficiency of resource utilization were addressed, thereby enhancing the sustainability of the grape sector in the region. This activity comes within the framework of the Ministry of Agriculture’s efforts to enhance the resilience of farmers on their lands, and to raise their ability to adapt to climatic and economic challenges, which will positively impact the improvement of livelihoods and support the agricultural economy in Hebron Governorate.
