Ministry of Agriculture: Qalqilya Agriculture Directorate is implementing a seedling planting activity in the town of Far'ata as part of the "Greening My Country"

Qalqilya Directorate of Agriculture, in partnership with the National and Moral Guidance Authority, the local council of Far'ata, and the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, and with the participation of official and community figures from the governorate and the town, organized a sapling planting event in the public park of Far'ata, at the site of the Abu al-Joud religious shrine.

The event was attended by the Director General of the Qalqilya Directorate of Agriculture, Engineer Ahmed Eid, and the Director of the National and Moral Guidance Authority, Brigadier General Mu'in Adas, along with staff from partner institutions and employees of the directorate and the municipality.

This initiative comes within the framework of supporting the National Greening Project launched by His Excellency the Minister of Agriculture, which aims to enhance vegetation cover, support the resilience of citizens, and strengthen their presence on the land, especially in threatened areas.

Participants emphasized the importance of strengthening collaborative work between official and civil institutions, given its role in protecting land and natural resources and promoting environmental awareness among various segments of society, particularly youth.
