Ministry of Agriculture: Methlon Agriculture and Veterinary Department/Jenin conducts an exploratory tour for grape farmers in partnership with Agricultural Relief and with the participation of a number of farmers from Jerusalem Governorate.

Mithalon Agriculture and Veterinary Department, under Jenin Agriculture Directorate, conducted a field visit for grape farmers from villages in Jerusalem Governorate. This visit, held in partnership with the Agricultural Relief organization, aimed to promote the exchange of expertise and introduce modern agricultural practices in grape production.

The visit included several vineyards in Mithalon area, where participants learned about the grape varieties cultivated and the farming methods employed. They also learned about best practices in managing vineyards, which contribute to increased production efficiency and improved crop quality.

The Ministry of Agriculture affirms that this visit is part of its efforts to enhance agricultural extension services and facilitate the exchange of expertise among farmers in various governorates. This contributes to the development of the agricultural sector, the transfer of successful experiences, and the encouragement of adopting modern and sustainable agricultural practices.

At the conclusion of the visit, participants praised the importance of these field visits in transferring knowledge and practical experience. They emphasized the visit's role in strengthening cooperation between the Ministry of Agriculture and the Agricultural Relief organization, which serves farmers, supports their resilience, and develops their agricultural production.
