The local technical committee for the Agricultural Assistance Program at Hebron Agriculture Directorate completed the handover of eight agricultural projects funded by the European Union. These projects, located in Hebron, Tarqumiya, and Idhna, are part of ongoing efforts to support and strengthen the resilience of the agricultural sector in the governorate. The total value of the projects is approximately 300,000 shekels.
The projects include six livestock-related initiatives, as well as two projects focused on constructing water reservoirs, greenhouses, and planting trees. These projects aim to support livestock breeders, enhance farmers' capabilities, and empower them to develop their agricultural projects and improve their productivity.
These projects are part of the EU-funded Agricultural Assistance Program, which aims to strengthen farmers' resilience, improve the sustainability of agricultural production, contribute to improving the economic conditions of beneficiaries, and support the development of the agricultural sector in the Hebron Governorate.
